On a WARM yet WINDY spring day in 1989, Jean-Michel pulled out his "trump card" and did at that time the unimaginable: an on-sight free solo ascent of the 1100-foot icon of Paris, France, the Eiffel Tower. Click to learn more about "JM" and his

Xeric images is a small business--just like me !
I am a graduate student in molecular biology at the University of California @ Irvine, who would rather be climbing or painting gear !
My husband, Kyle, who is also a graduate student, and myself just moved to Portland, Oregon, where we now live with our "house tiger," Petey.
We used to climb in Joshua Tree on the weekends, just did attempt the Salt Lake City Outdoor Retailer trade show in Utah (where we met Simond Planet !) and are planing to donate 10% of our profits to the Access Fund. The non-profit organization working to preserve climbing spots for the future generations.
